I have practiced both therapy and yoga in san luis obispo for the last 10 years.

While not a yoga teacher, I have practiced yoga for nearly 20 years. I participated in a trauma-informed Yoga training through the prison Yoga project. I utilize elements from both therapy and yoga practice to encourage a rich depth experience of self. I have a masters degree in somatic psychology - learn more about that here.
