My approach integrates somatic therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care to help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and reconnect with their bodies and values.

Somatic mindset is woven into all of my services. I have a Master’s Degree in Somatic Counseling Psychology. This means I include a focus on how our mind and body interact as we work through symptoms and challenges.

One-on-one support for a range of symptoms, experiences and challenges. Come into my San Luis Obispo office for a space to slow down and address topics ranging from anxiety, depression, trauma, complex relational trauma, or life transitions. There is no limit to what you can talk about in this safe space.

I have extensive training and experience in helping recover from, process and explore the impact of trauma and complex relational trauma. I use trauma-informed interventions, grounding, mindfulness, somatic tools and more to help you regain a sense of safety and reduce impact of trauma symptoms.

As a lover of yoga and therapy, I’ve begun to explore how to incorporate these two modalities to enhance healing. You do not have to be a yoga expert at all! This is simply another tool to add in building insight and regulating the nervous system as you work through challenges, patterns and growth.
